- 50% deposit upon contract signing
- 40% upon project midpoint
- 10% upon completion
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services according to the following terms:
- Cancellation within 24 hours of booking: Full refund
- After project commencement: Refund based on work completed
- After 50% completion: No refund
5. Liability
Dirosem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
